Eruption of Destruction
By Ron McGatlin
The mass of molten lava deep within the bowels of Planet Earth are of little or no consequence to life on the surface until there is a volcanic eruption from the depths through fissures in the earth’s crust all the way to the surface.
As it explodes on to the surface, the power from the depths of the earth is poured out upon the land destroying ALL life within its reach. All plant life is quickly consumed. Living birds and animals including human beings that can flee run for their lives. Small insects and creeping things are instantly cremated and any living thing that cannot or does not flee is annihilated.
The terrain is forever changed as the flow of molten earth begins to cool. New Islands can rise from the sea. A plain can become a mountain. Ash and debris can be strewn upon the land for many miles affecting life on a larger portion of the earth’s surface. Even weather patterns are affected as sunlight is cut off or lessened in portions of the planet.
Mankind without God has absolutely no ability to control the massive release of power from a volcanic eruption. As massive as it is, in reality it is an extremely small release compared to the potential of the stored energy at the core of Planet Earth.
Power over Nature
Christ Jesus became a man and walked upon the earth as a man, a perfect man without sin, without an earthly father’s DNA. There was nothing to tie Him to the curse of the first Adam’s sin. He was born with the DNA of God. The first Adam was made of dust and infused with the DNA from God. However, he sinned and was cursed along with all of His posterity.
Christ Jesus, the last Adam, never sinned and therefore unlike the first Adam, was free to receive the Holy Spirit of God and walk in full authority of God upon the earth. Jesus was a natural living man who was unhindered by Adam’s sin and filled with the powerful attributes of God in the Holy Spirit. He was and is without the limiting restraints of disobedience to Father God.
There was never ever anything in Jesus that grieved the Holy Spirit or that dishonored or disobeyed the Father at any time. Therefore the unrestrained unlimited authority and power of God was fully available in Christ Jesus.
Purity and true holiness opens the door for the power and authority of God to be released in His people.
Jesus demonstrated His power and authority over nature as he walked upon the sea and calmed the storm. He demonstrated His power and authority over the devil as He cast out demons, healed deformed bodies, caused the lame to walk, the deaf hear, the blind to see, and the dead to be raised to life.
We may have yet to fully experience the total reality of Christ in us the hope of glory.
The reality of the awesome power and authority of God in Christ Jesus is waiting to be fully released. It is waiting for a pure and holy people.
Like a seed the power and authority of the life of Christ that was once dormant in us has sprouted and is growing within His people on earth. The life of Christ is growing by the Holy Spirit within a pure and holy people to be birthed into the world.
This full redemption is the work of Christ Jesus being formed in us by the Holy Spirit. In an atmosphere of purity and holiness, faith is being released – faith to believe the truth of who we really are and what God has prepared for those who love Him. As we become one with the Spirit of Christ living in us and us in Him, faith to move mountains is a result of His life in us. Faith is not worked up or something we do; it is a product of Christ living in us.
Love from God and for God is the core and the foundation of obedience to God. Only as His love so fills and captivates our lives, will we become pure and holy to really believe that the love, power, wisdom, and authority of God is available in us to literally change this world – to experience the physical elements of this world made subject to the mature sons of God.
The Spirit of Christ in us will never misuse this ultimate power and authority. Do you remember the biblical account of the testing of Jesus, how that when His natural body was so hungry and in need of food, yet He would not turn the rocks into bread because His Father had not said to do so? His love for the Father caused Jesus to perfectly obey Him. Although Jesus was a natural man, He was without sin and completely filled with the Spirit of God. This enabled Him to be trustworthy to carry the ultimate power and authority of God on earth.
How trustworthy are you and I? God is not a respecter of persons and fully desires to release His life into His trusted people on earth. This time of preparation for reigning in the kingdom is to make us trustworthy to walk as Christ Jesus in this world. We are to collectively become the Body and Bride fully joined to our Head Christ Jesus.
Trusting God and walking in His authority and power causes even the physical elements of this earth to be made subject to the Christ in us. This does NOT in any way cause us to be elevated in authority over other people of God. Every person, even a young child in God’s kingdom is at the same level and has the same potential relationship with God. The more mature are simply more conformed to Christ. The more mature are further down the road of the journey, yet all are on the same road at one level. The truth is that walking as one with God saturated in His love by His Spirit and walking in the authority and power of Christ causes us to be among the meekest people in the world. Truly knowing God intimately and becoming one with Him in this life is indeed the MOST HUMBLING thing of all life in this world.
There is absolutely no seeking after greater position or place of human authority or rule. From the high place of the Spirit realm one becomes the servant to the world and mankind –the servant of God bringing the things of heaven to the world, especially the order of love, righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. It is for these things that the world languishes in pain and sorrow. The people of the world are desperately in need of the reality of the love of God ruling in their lives and subsequently in the world.
The Posterity of Christ Jesus
The world will be transformed by the work of Christ Jesus in His Body and Bride. As Christ Jesus the head is fully joined to His Body, the marriage is complete, and the Bride becomes as the eternal wife of God producing multitudes of precious holy children. The children grow to mature sons to the glory of God in the earth – the earth that is made new by the rule of God from heaven on earth. God is glorified and the entire creation will be filled with wonder and the majesty of God on His Planet Earth. This is the posterity of Christ Jesus.
This is the good news of the kingdom, the goal for which God’s people have lived and died enduring persecution, living in caves and dens, being beaten and starved for the cause of Christ. They were seeing only afar off what is now coming into view in this seventh millennium since Adam and the third millennium since Christ Jesus. The work of their sacrifice through the ages in not made complete without the finishing work of the kingdom of God formed on earth as it is in heaven in and through the mature sons of God.
Hebrews 11: 36-40: Others were tortured, not accepting deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection. 36 Still others had trial of mockings and scourgings, yes, and of chains and imprisonment. 37 They were stoned, they were sawn in two, were tempted, were slain with the sword. They wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins, being destitute, afflicted, tormented— 38 of whom the world was not worthy. They wandered in deserts and mountains, in dens and caves of the earth.
39 And all these, having obtained a good testimony through faith, did not receive the promise, 40 God having provided something better for us, that they should not be made perfect apart from us.
The sacrifice of the people of God through the ages is not made complete till the unshakable kingdom of God is established on the earth in His seventh millennium people. We are a part of the age receiving the kingdom.
Hebrews 12:28-29: Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. 29 For our God is a consuming fire.
Love never fails and His kingdom never ends.
