OPEN UP THE SECRET DOORS IN THE GARDEN OF YOUR HEART WHERE FEAR HAS TAKEN ROOT AND LET ME IN AND WATCH ME BRING THE GARDEN BACK TO LIFE! – Lana Vawser

By Lana Vawser As I spent time with the Lord today, I kept seeing a door like the locked door from the book/movie “SECRET GARDEN”. The Lord spoke to me through the “SECRET GARDEN” at the end of 2016 and all throughout 2017.

When I looked at this door in the vision, I was surrounded by the love of God SO strongly and I knew immediately that this door represented areas of many believers heart right now where fear has caused many to “close off” a part of their heart. A spirit of fear has come strongly against many believers and has found some areas to ‘land’ in the soul, and others have been in an intense battle with this spirit that has begun to hinder the place of intimacy.

As I sat with the Lord the atmosphere was so full of His Glory and His love and I heard Him whisper “Let me in. Open up the secret door in the garden of your heart where fear has taken root. Let me in and watch me bring the garden back to life.”

Song of Songs 2:15 filled the air all around me as I heard the Lord reciting this passage, offering the invitation again to His people.

“You must catch the troubling foxes, those sly little foxes that hinder our relationship. For they raid our budding vineyard of love to ruin what I have planted within you. Will you catch them and remove them for me? We will do it together.” – Song of Songs 2:15 (The Passion Translation)

I was surrounded by the Lord’s heart of love for His people and longing to set them free from the reality that the FOX OF FEAR has hindered love, hindered the fresh revelation and outpouring of His love that He’s releasing.

I was taken back into this vision and I saw many crying out to Jesus… I REPENT LORD, I repent for partnering and agreeing with fear… Come in Jesus… Come in and do whatever you need to do in the garden of my heart.. Come Holy Spirit.

HE ENTERS

I see Jesus walk through the door of these gardens, and this part of the garden is grey in colour. There’s no life in this part of the garden of the heart. Fear has brought about such destruction, such death to dreams, hope, revelation, vision, peace and fruitfulness. I watched as Jesus walked through the garden and I could see He was grieved by what the enemy had done to areas of His people’s hearts, yet there was a sparkle of excitement in His heart, because of the life, healing, breakthrough, freedom, revelation and restoration He was about to release.

COME TO ME

I saw Jesus calling to His people “Come to Me! The key is COME TO ME!”. I saw so many who in their hearts in this area because of fear have been “in hiding”. A part of their heart “hiding” because of the assault of fear and disappointment, wounding of the heart they have endured. With the agreement of the “YES” from God’s people to “catch and remove the foxes”, a beautiful journey began of bringing the garden back to life.

I watched as Jesus walked hand in hand with His people, one at a time, each in their own gardens of the heart and He spoke His Word, He decreed the truth of Scripture of who He is.

Jesus explained, “I am the Way, I am the Truth, and I am the Life. No one comes next to the Father except through union with me. To know me is to know my Father too. And from now on you will realize that you have seen him and experienced Him.” – John 14:6 (The Passion Translation)

As He spoke, His Words of life I watched as the declaration of who He is was spoken from His mouth, a HUGE RIVER began to flow up out of the dead places in the garden. A river of such life began to flow through the middle of the garden. THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST was bringing LIFE to the dead places.

Jesus continued on the journey with His people, together they removed weeds, together they were breaking open new ground. Everything HE TOUCHED came to life. I watched as dead plants, dead flowers, suddenly came to life, COLOUR and LIFE started to flood all around. The atmosphere electric with His love and the RESURRECTION POWER of Jesus Christ. Gold light exploded everywhere upon these flowers, almost like they were dancing with life, testifying to their Creator. The atmosphere SO FULL of “NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE with Him.”

Such deep healing and restoration was taking place. Such a deep place of growth and freedom. The hidden place was no longer hidden, but being crafted as a beautiful testimony for all to see of His goodness and love. The dark, dead, grey place, was now being renamed and restored to a place of LIFE and FRUITFULNESS.

WHERE FEAR HAS STOLEN AND KILLED, MY LOVE NOW RESTORES WONDER

As this was happening I could hear the sound of mighty, rushing waters, yet a thunderous declaration.

“Then I heard what seemed to be the thunderous voice of a great multitude, like the sound of a massive waterfall and peals of thunder crying out: “Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns!” – Revelation 19:6 (The Passion Translation)

I looked and the beautiful river that was flowing through the garden began to build in intensity and momentum. Suddenly, the river began to flow in HUGE waves throughout every part of the garden. The SOUND of the rushing waters brought such refreshment and life.

Jesus smiled and turned to His people and spoke “Where fear has stolen and killed, My love now restores WONDER”

My heart moved so deeply as I heard the declaration of Ephesians 3:18-19:

“Then you will be empowered to discover what every holy one experiences – the great magnitude of the astonishing love of Christ in all its dimensions. How deeply intimate and far-reaching is His love! How enduring, and inclusive it is! Endless love beyond measurement that transcends our understanding – this extravagant love pours into you until you are filled to overflowing with the fullness of God!” – (The Passion Translation)

A GREAT OUTPOURING OF THE REVELATION OF HIS LOVE

It was a great outpouring of the revelation of His love. It covered every place in the garden, but it didn’t drown anything, it brought everything to life. As it flowed it decreed the height, depth, breadth of His love for His people, His unconditional love.

With every flow, with every move of the waters it decreed the truth of 2 Timothy 1:7 and decreed TRIUMPH OVER FEAR!

“For God will never give you the spirit of fear, but the Holy Spirit who gives you mighty power, love, and self-control.” – (The Passion Translation)

I watched as burdens were finally laid down once and for all. A DEEP rest in His love (Zephaniah 3:17) was found, healing of the feeling of being alone, and discovering a place of intimacy with Him, where His presence felt closer than ever. Abandonment and loneliness that fear had caused no longer had a place. Hearts bruised, shattered and caged by woundings of fear and the assault of the spirit of fear, NO LONGER had a hold, as the LOVE OF JESUS PERMEATED EVERY PLACE!!!!!!

A place that was once grey, full of fear, lifeless, a place where the spirit of fear had set up camp, was now totally transformed.

The waves of His love crashed over and over and over and I watched as Jesus and His people laughed and splashed together in the waves of His love. There was such an incredible sense of “coming to Him like a child” in purity, humility and trust. (Matthew 18:5)

Where fear had stolen the JOY of intimacy with Jesus, it had now left, and the JOY of knowing Jesus and deep, burning first love fire of His love and intimacy was restored.

Where fear had stolen the ability to dream, and stolen joy, stolen vision, a people of WONDER where rising up in the garden with Jesus. Full of wonder and awe of His beauty and what He is doing in and through their lives. Fear that had clouded their vision was now broken and their hearts full of hope, life and expectation of always believing something wonderful is about to happen because of His good plans for their lives.

The secret, locked garden of fear, was now a garden of life, fruitfulness and place of deep encounter of His love, leaving them never the same.
