THE IMMINENCE OF CHRIST – Don Atkin
The world is largely unaware of the imminence of Christ and His kingdom because so few of those who claim to be His disciples are knowingly living in His presence. He came in the flesh to make His presence (and availability) known to mankind. Today, He comes in our flesh with the same purpose.
- “Christ in you [is] the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27).”
Ø Therefore, “seek first His kingdom and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33).”
“My sheep listen to My voice. I know them, and they follow Me (John 10:27). As you go, preach this message: ‘Heaven’s kingdom realm is accessible, close enough to touch.’ You must continually bring healing to lepers and to those who are sick, and make it your habit to break off the demonic presence from people, and raise the dead back to life. Freely you have received the power of the kingdom, so freely release it to others (Matthew 10:7-8 TPT).”
“Now is the time for the Son of Man to be glorified. Let me make this clear: A single grain of wheat will never be more than a single grain of wheat unless it drops into the ground and dies. Because then it sprouts and produces a great harvest of wheat—all because one grain died.
