Vision: 2/3 of Congressional Seats Empty
In January 2021, Holy Spirit took me into a vision. I was in the Capitol building looking down from the gallery of Congress. I noticed two-thirds of the seats were empty. I shouted out, “Where is everybody?” Suddenly—pop! A nurse in an old-fashioned, white uniform appeared in a seat. Pop! A teacher with a ruler and an apple appeared in a seat. Pop! A businessman in a suit with a briefcase appeared in a seat. Pop! A farmer in overalls appeared in a seat. This continued as I watched the seats being filled with citizens from various careers. They all had two things in common: none had ever held political office, and none of them were politicians.
Then the Lord showed me these new leaders shuffling papers among themselves. They were amending the U.S. Constitution to limit the terms of senators and representatives so America would never find herself with “career politicians” in Washington, DC again. He revealed that the limitless terms had allowed the enemy to spin webs and networks of darkness through deals, pacts, vows, and dark deeds done in secret among many long-term members.
The vision left me dumbfounded. I asked if I was seeing the Senate or the House of Representatives because the chambers are on opposite sides of the Capitol’s Rotunda. He said I was seeing both combined. Next, I asked how He would remove two-thirds of Congress all at once, as this seemed impossible. I also asked if this vision was symbolic or literal. I did not receive answers to those questions.
“Now our knowledge is partial and incomplete, and even the gift of prophecy reveals only part of the whole picture!” (1 Corinthians 13:9 NLT)
Restoring America to Her Foundation
This is what the Lord recently said on December 18, 2022:
“Tell the people to pray, pray, pray and fast, fast, fast. This vision is My perfect plan for My beloved…America. This plan includes ridding her of corruption and darkness and restoring her to her original foundation. I AM HER FOUNDATION. Those persecuted founding fathers came to America so they could freely worship Me, their Savior, Lord, Deliverer and Friend.
“The destiny I wrote for America, so long ago, has not been rewritten. Her destiny is inscribed on a scroll here in the realm where I dwell. I have not changed My mind. I knew this season in her history would come and I am in it, working behind the scenes in ways you do not know and cannot comprehend. I am moving on her and I am moving on your behalf. “Your prayers—both the spoken and unspoken ones—have moved My heart. Oh, how I love listening to you pray! Oh, how I love when you reach out to Me, the Author and Finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2)! Yes, dear ones, America shall be saved. She will become a beacon of light once again, bringing hope and healing to the nations, for that is part of the destiny I, Myself, wrote for her.
See with the Eyes of Faith and Have Ears to Hear the Truth
“This restoration has begun, but with it, I am bringing a great reformation. As with all restorations and reformations, there must first be a tearing down of the old before the new begins. Tearing down is messy but also necessary. Many systems have become corrupt, and it is time to tear them down (Ecclesiastes 3). Therefore, do not be overwhelmed by the evil that’s being exposed, but instead be encouraged, for this is what will cause the corrupt structures to implode and fall. Rest assured, those corrupt structures will fall; I, Myself, will see to it.
“Continue to pray that all wicked, hidden deeds will be exposed and brought to light. Continue to pray for justice to be administered. Continue to pray for your enemies, for a few key enemies shall be saved. Continue to pray for those on the front lines fighting for freedom. And continue to walk close to Me, allowing Me to carry you when you are weary (Matthew 11:29-30), and allowing Me to speak the truth over you.
“Remember, truth is greater than facts (John 3:16-21). Agree with My plans and do not be deceived by what you see and hear. There is much deception being sent out through the airwaves by lying, manipulative tongues (Proverbs 6:16-19; 26:23-28). I am asking you to have eyes of faith to believe in My plans for America (Hebrews 11:1). I am asking you to have ears to hear the truth (Matthew 13:9; Revelation 13:9).
“I have not turned My back on My beloved…America is in the palm of My hand and I will not allow her to fall (Jeremiah 29). I plan to wake her. I plan to restore her. I plan to realign her. I plan to reset her. I plan to save her. I plan to deliver her. I plan to redeem her. I plan to revive her. I plan to heal her. I plan to unify her.
“Will you partner with the plans I wrote for My beloved…America?” (See Ephesians 5:8-14; Jeremiah 16:14-21; Exodus 14; Isaiah 43:1-7; 2 Chronicles 7:14; Psalm 133:1-3.)
Lastly, I saw Abba’s great hand reaching down from Heaven. His hand was being held out to each of His children. He is asking us if we will put our hands in His to partner with prophecy and to do the work of the Kingdom which He prepared in advance for us to do (Ephesians 2:10). (Photo via Max Pixel)
Five Ways to Partner with Prophecy
Here are five ways to partner with prophecy:
1. Pray. Make a list of main points within a prophecy, then agree and pray into them.
“Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” (James 5:16 NIV)
2. Repent. Repenting means turning in the opposite direction, so in this case, we are repenting on behalf of others who have turned away from God, as well as repenting from our own sin.
“[I]f My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14 NIV) (See also James 5:16.)
3. Fast. Fasting increases our authority, so you may feel a resistance to fasting because the enemy doesn’t want us to increase in authority over him. Push through it and consider fasting from one thing per day (coffee, desserts, snacks, etc.)
“However, this kind [of demon] does not go out except by prayer and fasting.” (Matthew 17:21 NKJV, emphasis added)
4. Declare. Make a list of declarations to go with the prophecy and say them aloud.
“You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways.” (Job 22:28 NKJV)
5. Share. When we share a prophecy, it brings agreement and unity.
“Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on Earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in Heaven.” (Matthew 18:19 NASB)
