“…These turbo cancers seem to be arising specifically in people who’ve had the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. It seems that one vaccine is enough if you’re unlucky. But, of course, the more vaccines you take, the more risk you have. And these cancers are always presenting at stage four. They’re always picked up very late. They grow very rapidly. So, they catch the oncologists off guard.” -Dr. William Makis

(Canada) — [LifeSiteNews.com] A Canadian physician has raised an alarm regarding the emergence of “turbo cancers” afflicting the young that seem to be associated with reception of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 “vaccines.” (Image: Pixabay)

“I’ve never seen anything like this,” said Dr. William Makis speaking in an October 20 interview. “I’ve never seen stage four breast cancers presenting in women in their twenties. I’ve never seen stage four colon cancer presenting in men and women in their twenties [and] thirties, leukemias that will kill you in a matter of days or even hours after diagnosis, lymphomas that again kill you in a matter of months.”

Makis is the chief of Nuclear Medicine and Oncology for the Wellness Company, which is staffed by well-known medical experts Peter McCulloughPaul AlexanderRoger Hodkinson, and Harvey Risch. His biographical information states that he is a cancer researcher with training in Nuclear Medicine Radiology and Oncology and has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications in international medical journals while also maintaining a popular Substack channel.

Speaking to host Jim Ferguson, the Edmonton-based physician described how he began tracking sudden deaths in COVID-jabbed individuals in late 2021 when noticing high numbers of doctors dying suddenly following their booster shot. While many passed away due to cardiac issues as they were exercising, “quite a large subset of doctors” developed “extremely aggressive cancers.”

“For example, there was a doctor who developed gastric cancer in his thirties [and] presented at stage four. He was dead in less than a year,” Makis reported. “Very rare brain cancers [appeared] in young individuals in their twenties and thirties, including medical students, medical residents. And these cancers would always present at stage four, and they would always kill them in a matter of a few months.”

While tracking these tragic cases, he noticed the term “turbo cancer” was being applied to the phenomenon on social media. “These cancers behave completely differently, unlike anything I’ve seen before in my career, and I’ve diagnosed over 20,000 cancer patients.”

Furthermore, “these turbo cancers seem to be arising specifically in people who’ve had the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. It seems that one vaccine is enough if you’re unlucky. But, of course, the more vaccines you take, the more risk you have. And these cancers are always presenting at stage four. They’re always picked up very late. They grow very rapidly. So, they catch the oncologists off guard,” he said… Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here

[DailyWire.com] Twelve House Democrats joined with Republicans on Thursday to pass a White House-opposed plan offset $14.3 billion in aid for Israel by slashing the same amount of funds meant for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The GOP measure to provide emergency aid to Israel as it fights Hamas passed by a 226-196 vote, sending the legislation to the Democrat-led Senate where Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has already vowed not to bring it up for consideration … “We want to protect and help and assist our friend Israel, but we have to keep our own house in order as well.” [Speaker] Johnson said he has made it “very clear” to the Biden administration and Senate Republicans that “we’re going to do this in a responsible manner”… Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here Click Here to read.

“Hamas has two messages for two different audiences. To the international community, it pleads for a cease-fire on humanitarian grounds. To the Arab world, it pledges to repeat its Oct. 7 attacks and sacrifice as many Palestinians as it takes to destroy Israel. That’s what a cease-fire means to Hamas: a chance to repeat Oct. 7 another day. The similar idea of a ‘humanitarian pause,’ gaining steam on the Western left, is, to Hamas, merely an opportunity to reload.” -from the Wall Street Journal editorial

(Jerusalem, Israel) — [CBN News] Nearly one week after Israel’s Gaza ground campaign began, Israeli forces have encircled Gaza City. The next phase of the fighting could be the most dangerous. (Screengrab image)

Intense fighting continues in and around Gaza City, the Hamas stronghold. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) are attacking with ground forces and artillery, as well as from the air.

The IDF Chief of Staff, Herzi Halevi, said the military is destroying Hamas’ terror infrastructure.

“We are deepening the achievements, ready to attack in other arenas if necessary,” Halevi stated. “We have thousands of more armaments and targets, we are ready for any development in any arena; IDF forces, regular and reserve, are deployed in a wide and strong deployment in the north.”

Hamas’ elaborate labyrinth of tunnels is one of the Israeli military’s main concerns. Russian television was allowed access into some of the more than 300 miles of tunnels.

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant told soldiers of the IDF’s special engineering unit that the military has “unique solutions” to dismantle the tunnels underground. (Screengrab image: via CBN News)

The IDF continues to plead with civilians in northern Gaza to leave the combat zone.

“We’ve been calling on the civilians in northern Gaza and Gaza City to move south away from Hamas strongholds in the north next to Gaza City – move south temporarily, for your own safety.”

…Joe Biden announced that another 74 Americans have been evacuated out of Gaza through the Rafa Crossing into Egypt.

The White House also defended Biden’s idea of a humanitarian pause.

“A temporary pause that’s localized that would allow us to get aid in and to get our people out is a good thing for the people of Gaza,” National Security Council Spokesman John Kirby explained. “It’s a good thing for the Americans that are being held hostage. And it’s not going to stop Israel from defending itself because the security assistance we’re providing continues to flow. And a temporary pause doesn’t mean a general cease-fire where the war is over. It means a pause, only temporary, for a specific purpose.”

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived today in Israel and wants to push for that humanitarian “pause” or “pauses” that may also help with the release of hostages.

The Times of Israel reports Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is weighing the idea, but some are concerned this could be a step toward a cease-fire of some sort, or an opportunity for Hamas to strengthen itself.

In an editorial, The Wall Street Journal argued:

“Hamas has two messages for two different audiences. To the international community, it pleads for a cease-fire on humanitarian grounds. To the Arab world, it pledges to repeat its Oct. 7 attacks and sacrifice as many Palestinians as it takes to destroy Israel. That’s what a cease-fire means to Hamas: a chance to repeat Oct. 7 another day. The similar idea of a ‘humanitarian pause,’ gaining steam on the Western left, is, to Hamas, merely an opportunity to reload.”

MUST SEE: Hamas Terrorist Leader Goes on TV, Vows to Annihilate Israel, Repeat Oct. 7 Massacre

But others hope a pause or cease-fire would be an opportunity for more hostage rescues.

Up north, the IDF is attacking Hezbollah positions in south Lebanon after the terror group continues firing rockets into Israel. CBN’s Chuck Holton was on the scene of a rocket strike in Kiryat Shmona.

“They’re just cleaning up the mess now,” Holton reported. “A car was hit and it flipped the car up in the air and it landed in the middle of the street. The parking space where the car was is now a crater, as is the shop right in front of where the missile hit.”

Iran’s leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Hezbollah’s patron, is calling on Islamic governments to block oil and food to Israel and have no economic cooperation with the Jewish State.

Today, the region is anticipating the speech of Hezbollah leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah. The US says it hasn’t seen any indication Hezbollah is set to join the conflict, but others are concerned its entry could expand the fight into a regional war. Joshua Arnold-Commentary (Nov 3, 2023)

It turns out that Muslim voters—usually reliable Democratic votes—are hopping mad over Biden’s support for Israel. The Washington Post called it “warp-speed unraveling of relations.” The National Muslim Democratic Council wrote a letter complaining that Biden had “eroded trust in voters who previously put their faith in you” and threatened to “withhold endorsement, support, or votes” from Democrats who supported Israel.

[WashingtonStand.com] “The Biden-Harris administration will develop our nation’s first National Strategy to Counter Islamophobia,” … Kamala Harris announced Wednesday. Yes, you read that correctly—the Biden administration is taking steps to protect the religion symbolized by a crescent, not a six-sided star. “Even as anti-Semitic rhetoric and threats of violence skyrocket throughout the United States, the Biden administration is developing a strategy to combat Islamophobia,” said Family Research Council President Tony Perkins on “Washington Watch.” (Screengrab image)

Indeed, the timing of the announcement could hardly be more awkward for the White House, coming a week after Jewish students at The Cooper Union had to shelter in a locked library as a pro-Hamas mob banged on the doors—just one of many recent anti-Semitic outrages. On top of that, in case anyone needed reminding about the right side of the conflict in the Middle East, last week Hamas reiterated it aims at the total “annihilation” of Israel, shortly before the United Nations General Assembly demanded Israel stop firing back before it even began in earnest.

The White House’s announcement has drawn criticism—not surprising—and not just from conservatives—somewhat surprising. Jewish evolutionary behavioral scientist Gad Saad responded with dry wit, “According to the @FBI director, Jews make up 2.4% of the US population but are the targets of 60% of hate crimes. This is why it is apparently important to fight Islamophobia according to the White House.”

Jewish author Abigail Shrier also tweeted, “On one hand, the administration is responding to the immediate physical danger of its Jewish citizenry with a task force to combat … Islamophobia [ellipses in original]. On the other, it assigned the least competent member of the entire federal government to head the effort. Unclear which side should take greater offense.” Over the past three years, …Harris has served as the Biden administration’s border czargun violence czar, and artificial intelligence czar.

“Earlier this year,” explained Harris from her teleprompter, “in response to an historic rise in anti-Semitic attacks, we also released the first National Strategy to Counter Anti-Semitism.” The strategy included administration-wide actions, several new initiatives to protect Jews, and a White House summit, United We Stand.

Unfortunately, the White House strategy displayed more political bias than grasp of the issues. “I don’t know if any conservatives were invited” to the White House summit, Family Research Council’s Senior Fellow for Regulatory Affairs Chris Gacek told The Washington Stand. A review of the attendee list shows the event was dominated by left-wing activists, while prominent conservative voices such as Rabbi Yaakov Menken were conspicuously absent. The 60-page strategy document itself appeared to consider anti-Semitism as the exclusive domain of fringe-right groups, such as those that infamously gathered in Charlottesville, VA in 2017.

As a result of its political insulation, the White House’s anti-Semitism strategy failed to foresee or forestall the tidal wave of anti-Semitism that has broken out across university campuses, spearheaded by left-wing groups such as Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP). “You cannot go to any college in America and find any instance of right-wing anti-Semitism,” said Gacek. “No tolerance for the Klan, or anything. But there are at least 200 chapters of the Students for Justice in Palestine [SJP].”

Harris framed the Islamophobia strategy as “another important step forward in our fight against hate.” After the White House summit on anti-Semitism, “it seems like there was this need [in the Biden administration] to balance this off with a statement on Islamophobia,” said Gacek.

Harris envisioned the Islamophobia strategy as “a comprehensive and detailed plan to protect Muslims and those perceived to be Muslim from hate, bigotry, and violence, and to address the concern that some government policies may discriminate against Islam.”

First, the slippery terminology of “hate, bigotry, and violence” flowed throughout Harris’ short address. “Every person has the right to live safe from violence, hate, and bigotry,” she insisted. “…Biden and I have a duty, not only to keep the people of our nation safe, but to condemn unequivocally and forcefully all forms of hate.” This is dangerous language.

Certainly, government exists to protect every person from violence against the person or property, and ordinary laws suffice to either deter or punish the commission of such crimes.

But “hate” and “bigotry” usually refer not to physical acts but to a person’s internal thoughts and emotions. To claim that anyone enjoys a right to be “safe from … hate and bigotry” implies that they hold a veto over the thoughts and opinions other people are allowed to hold. In particular, Merriam-Webster defines “bigotry” as “obstinate or intolerant devotion to one’s own opinions and prejudices.” Does the government define what is obstinate or intolerant? Does the supposedly aggrieved victim? This is a basic problem with all hate crime legislation in a free republic, which is not abated by leaning into it even harder.

Second, Harris used the clunky phrase, “Muslims and those perceived to be Muslim,” twice in the speech. But why not just say “Arabs” or “Muslims and other Arabs”? That is who we’re talking about, after all—people who are targeted because either their dress or their ethnicity resembles that of radical Islamist terrorists from the Middle East. A blonde-haired, blue-eyed person is never “perceived to be Muslim” unless they don distinctively Muslim garb. That many Arabs have slightly darker skin pigmentation is only another point in their favor, according to the calculation of the racial identity-obsessed Left, making it even stranger that Harris would not mention it. More on this shortly.

Third, what does Harris mean by “concern that some government policies may discriminate against Islam?” She gave as an example “the so-called Muslim ban,” but then said that Biden revoked that policy nearly three years ago. Surely that is not a reason why the administration must announce an Islamophobia strategy at a crisis of anti-Semitism.

They issued an ultimatum that the White House secure “an immediate ceasefire,” with a deadline of 5 p.m. on October 31. (Image: Pixabay)

Obviously, that deadline came and went with no ceasefire, and now the White House is desperately trying to shore up support among a key segment of its base. On Wednesday (November 1), …Biden agreed with a pro-Palestine heckler and, for the first time, endorsed a humanitarian “pause” in Israel’s advance into Gaza, which had been underway for less than 48 hours. “Biden’s call for a cease-fire by another name is a capitulation to the loudest voices on his party’s extreme-left flank,” wrote National Review Senior Writer Noah Rothman.

Also on Wednesday, … Harris announced the “nation’s first National Strategy to Counter Islamophobia.” In this context, the announcement appears to be another move calculated to appease incensed Muslim voters that form a key Democratic constituency. “It doesn’t surprise me … how out of touch this White House is—number one—and how they pander to the far-left—number two,” US Rep. Randy Weber (R-Texas) said on “Washington Watch.” “They’ve been just totally out of touch with reality and moving further and further to the Left.”

Having determined to roll out an Islamophobia strategy in what Perkins called, “a cold political calculation,” the Biden administration needed to determine the best way to sell it. They chose to claim that the Biden administration has “condemn[ed] unequivocally and forcefully all forms of hate” since day one. This characterization required Harris to overlook not only legitimate forms of hate, like hatred of child trafficking, but also forms of hate that benefit Democrats, such as the radical Left’s intimidation of the Supreme Court and targeted attacks on pro-life organizations in conjunction with the Dobbs decision.

“After a surge in hate during the pandemic,” Harris claimed, “in particular anti-Asian hate, …Biden signed the COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act to improve the reporting of hate crimes.” Harris remembers the pandemic much differently from most Americans. After Americans spent weeks and months locked at home, the country saw a surge in violent crime generally. If a particular element of “hate” was most pronounced, it was not anti-Asian hate—there were only a few instances of national prominence—but the nightly BLM riots that expressed anti-police and anti-white hatred by destroying cities. Months after the violence died down, Biden signed a bill with the effect of inflating the numbers of reported hate crimes, to bolster the narrative that America was seething with hate.

Harris claimed the Islamophobia strategy was necessary because of “an uptick in anti-Palestinian, anti-Arab, anti-Semitic, and Islamophobic incidents across America.” The reality is, most of the violence and intimidation is directed against Jews, and law enforcement has done little to stop it. To my knowledge, there has only been one outrageous incident of an “anti-Palestinian/anti-Arab/Islamophobic”—these are nearly synonymous—crime, which the administration has cited repeatedly.

In fact, according to the FBI’s hate-crime database (which might have inflated numbers), Islam was the fourth-most persecuted religion in the US from 2020-2022 (2023 data is not available). Since the pandemic, the FBI records 1,948 anti-Jewish crimes (56%)—anti-Jewish crimes shot up 400% after October 7, according to the Anti-Defamation League—442 anti-Christian crimes (13%, combining anti-Catholic, anti-Orthodox, and anti-Protestant crimes), 372 anti-Sikh crimes (11%), and 311 anti-Islamic crimes (9%). Crimes against all other religions totaled 398.

“This is a cover-up of … all the horrible actions that took place,” Family Research Council Action President Jody Hice insisted. “It’s brushing all that aside to focus on Islamophobia.”

“Here’s the bottom line: in America, no one should be made to fight hate alone,” Harris concluded. Except for those Jewish students stranded in the library. Anti-Semitic demonstrations on college campuses “typically have either the tacit approval of law enforcement or a ‘stand-down’ kind of treatment,” remarked Gacek. Where were the Feds? Will the pro-Palestinian mobs see the US Department of Justice prosecute them with the same zeal they prosecuted January 6?

Having failed so spectacularly with their strategy to counter anti-Semitism, the Biden-Harris administration is rolling out a similar strategy to counter a supposed wave of anti-Muslim hatred.

But “that’s not the problem that needs to be addressed right now,” said Gacek. “We have never seen these kinds of widespread, terrorist attacks on Jews in the United States. … We have this phenomenon. It’s never been seen before. And they’re talking about this [Islamophobia] thing.”

In fact, Gacek suggested the strategy to counter Islamophobia may actually hinder efforts to protect Jews. “Is it Islamophobic for a Jew to point out that the people carrying out these attacks on Jews are all Palestinians?” he asked. “Is it Islamophobia for senators to write a letter to Christopher Wray against SJP … or more saliently for Jews to point out, ‘These people are attacking us’?”

“This anti-Semitic rhetoric and the threats of violence now that have been going on for about three weeks is rather shocking,” Perkins said on “Washington Watch.” “The White House was at first slow to deal with it. But now [they’re] wanting to make this look like it’s a two-sided issue.” He added, “It’s not a squabble between two groups. It’s a fomenting of hate toward the Jewish community.”

Weber expressed “no surprise at all that [Joe] Biden, instead of supporting our great friend and ally and condemning anti-Semitism, … would literally make this about trying to condemn some fake movement on the other side of this coin. … Our greatest friend, our greatest ally, Israel, needs our help.”

“During my time as Chair of USCIRF [the US Commission on International Religious Freedom], we looked at the rise in Western Europe of anti-Semitism as a warning sign of greater hostility toward faith as a whole,” Perkins pointed out. “And so, as Christians in this country, we need to be looking at this and taking note, because don’t think it’s going to stop with hatred for Jewish people.” Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here

“When you look at the public school system and the Department of Education, it’s just a broken system.” Most teachers are decent people but “they’re in a system that is forcing them, or they’re allowed to manipulate kids to radicalize them into really anti-American ideas.” -Tim Kennedy, a Master Sergeant with the US Army Green Berets and Special Forces

[CharismaNews.com] Parents across the United States are waking up to the fact that kids are not being educated in public schools anymore, they are being indoctrinated. (Image: Unsplash-Jessica Lewis)

A new survey by The Washington Post confirms many parents are fed up with the ineffective system spewing Marxist diktats on students, and are now homeschooling their children instead.

Compiling data from over 7,000 school districts in America, the Post found that there are now between 1.9 million and 2.7 million students being homeschooled.

While many of the “experts” expected that parents would send their children back to school once the pandemic-era restrictions were lifted, the increase in homeschooling students shows this is not the case.

“Homeschooling’s surging popularity crosses every measurable line of politics, geography and demographics,” says the Post’s analysis.

As reported by The Daily Wire, “The analysis looked at data from 32 states and the District of Columbia, which represent more than 60% of school-age children. The data is incomplete because some states do not have reliable tallies of homeschoolers, and 11 states, including Texas, Michigan, Connecticut and Illinois, do not require families to notify the state when they decide to homeschool.”

Meanwhile, the world’s largest podcaster, Joe Rogan, was joined by Tim Kennedy, a Master Sergeant with the US Army Green Berets and a Special Forces sniper with multiple combat deployments, to discuss the radicalization taking place in America’s classrooms.

Kennedy started an organization of his own to combat the “public school problem,” because the system in place has “indoctrinated this entire generation to hate America.

“When you look at the public school system and the Department of Education, it’s just a broken system,” Kennedy says, arguing most teachers are decent people but “they’re in a system that is forcing them, or they’re allowed to manipulate kids to radicalize them into really anti-American ideas.”

Unfortunately, for every good teacher who is dedicated to their students and giving them the best education possible, there are those who seek to push their personal belief-systems onto the children and drive a wedge between them and their parents.

The Marxism driving this wave of gender confusion, racial hostility and economic insanity is derived from the various ideas and notions of Karl Marx, avowed atheist open about his resentment toward God, Christianity and capitalism, all three of which helped build the United States into the prosperous and blessed country that helped save the world from others who subscribed to Marx’s failed theories.

The scheme behind Marxist theories is the tearing down of religion, and the removal of God in all aspects of society. His replacement? A substitute god in the form of the State and its institutions.

Higher levels of academia have been infested with this corruption of thought for decades, filling the ranks of corporate America with “woke” ideology that is now trying to push their messaging through commercial means.

The removal of The Ten Commandments and prayer from schools are among the greatest factors that misdirected American history and education onto a much darker spiritual path. One devoid of God and His morality, His principles, His design.

Now, students are taught to hate America, and that she is an evil that must be done away with. They are being taught the gender is in a spectrum, and that God got creation wrong. Teachers have instilled in their students a demonically driven hatred for the nation of Israel, God’s chosen people, so deep that Jewish students are being threatened with death and harassed on college campuses across the country, while student Hamas supporters march in protests carrying German Third Reich symbols.

These indictments of the public education system, and much more, have led to the boom in homeschooling families who are tired of their children being taught anti-God, anti-American and anti-family values.

“Many of America’s new homeschooled children have entered a world where no government official will ever check on what, or how well, they are being taught,” the Post noted.

And we thank God for that. Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here

Sarah Holliday-Commentary (Nov 3, 2023)

“…The Left doesn’t have children. They have OUR children. So, they can’t indoctrinate our kids if we’re keeping them home.”

[WashingtonStand.com] Since the 2017-2018 school year, the number of parents homeschooling has increased dramatically. With the rise has come pushback from state educators like Hillsborough County School Board member Lynn Gray who said parents don’t have “any understanding of education.” As far as Gray is concerned, this increase in homeschooling is going to hurt society. In my view, homeschooling is not an easy choice, but it is often far more rewarding. This isn’t coming from the perspective of a biased parent, but from a biased child who has experienced both homeschool and public school. (Image: Unsplash-Sofatutor)

I was homeschooled until 8th grade. Even then, my middle school was very small on an American army base in Germany. Life up to this point was vibrant and full of enriching experiences, since my parents involved me and my siblings in activities in church, sports, choir, theater, and co-ops. I learned a lot from my mom’s teaching. My experiences contradict the stigma that homeschooling hurts a child’s social skills or hinders their learning. For me, it wasn’t until I … was enrolled in a much larger high school in the US that it became harder to be as involved in the community.

The public school routine felt hectic compared to my homeschool routine, and not many of my teachers seemed to have my best interest in mind. From my freshman year of high school to my senior year of college, I experienced liberal teachers imposing their beliefs, experienced bomb and active shooter threats to the school, and saw a lot of students (and teachers) who didn’t seem to care at all.

I know not every public school experience is like mine, but a lot are, and all I can say is the spike in homeschooling is both good and necessary—especially as woke ideology continues to infiltrate the educational system.

According to The Washington Post, “Homeschooling has become—by a wide margin—America’s fastest-growing form of education.” The Post collected data from 32 states (which represents 60% of the country’s school-aged population) and found “the number of homeschooled students increased 51% over the past six school years,” with a 4% drop in public school enrollment. Another poll also found that school choice has bipartisan support from 88% of Democrats and 83% of Republicans, making it a rare form of consensus in a very divided country.

Since the 2017-2018 school year, even liberal states have seen dramatic increases in homeschooling—California increased 78%, NYC 103%, and DC 108%. These statistics defied the predictions that homeschooling would decrease after the pandemic.

With this spike, the Post noted concerns from critics who claim there is no governmental supervision over homeschooled students. Elizabeth Bartholet, a professor at Harvard Law School, said, “We should worry about whether they’re learning anything.” This professor also claimed homeschooling “poses real dangers to children and to society.” However, while there were many parental concerns that led to this boom, including school shootings and bullying, about half of the parents taking their kids out of public school are due to concerns with radical leftist ideology. I can say firsthand that this is taking place, but it doesn’t take much searching to see it. It stands to reason the only “danger” increased homeschooling poses is to the Left’s agenda.

On Wednesday’s episode of “Washington Watch,” Family Research Council President Tony Perkins and FRC Senior Fellow for Education Studies Meg Kilgannon unpacked the trend further. Aside from the fact that increased homeschooling saves taxpayers’ money, Kilgannon emphasized how the Post presents “a picture to a particular audience about homeschooling that is not a positive one.”

She continued, they’re doing this because “the Left doesn’t have children. They have our children. So, they can’t indoctrinate our kids if we’re keeping them home.” Perkins agreed, emphasizing the importance of parents practicing vigilance, “knowing that there’s a policy around the corner coming in to try to limit your ability to teach your children or influence [them].” In fact, we are seeing this in public school transgender policies, where lawmakers openly argue parents don’t know what’s best for their kids.

For Kilgannon, this rise in homeschooling will likely result in more state attempts to “regulate it more and more.” She added, “[I]n the end, it’s generally about the money, but it’s also about the access to children’s minds.” Perkins and Kilgannon both agreed that homeschooling is worth the effort. “You know,” she pointed out, “you can control the quality of the education, you can control the content of the education, and you get to spend time with your favorite people, your kids. … So, there’s not a lot of downside.”

Perkins shared how he and his family have “no regrets” for homeschooling their five children. He concluded it’s about “sharing your values with them and preparing them to not just compete in the workforce, but to be able to survive and thrive in a culture that’s growing increasingly hostile to faith and values.” Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here
