According to the national survey of 6,251 US adults, conducted March through April, a 51% majority say they support mass deportations of “undocumented” (aka, illegal) immigrants.

But, a closer look yields some surprising results.

Nearly half (45%) of Latinos say they support mass deportation of illegal aliens, more than the 40% support of Black respondents. Among Whites, 56% say they’re in favor.

What’s more, 42% of Democrats support a sweeping purge of illegal aliens, slightly less than Independents (46%), but well below the two-thirds (68%) approval by Whites.

“Amid a record number of border crossings, nearly two-thirds of Americans said illegal immigration is a real crisis, not a politically driven media narrative,” Axios notes.

The greatest concerns about illegal immigration voiced by respondents are increased crime rates, drugs, and violence (21%), additional costs to taxpayers (18%), and risk of terrorism and national security (17%).

Two-thirds (68%) said illegal immigration causes major problems in communities, but only one in four (27%) said they felt that way about legal immigration.

In its exclusive article reporting the survey results, Axios fails to provide the actual questions asked, preventing any scrutiny of potential bias in the phraseology.

Axios does, however, make a point of both defending illegal immigration and repeatedly invoking the specter of former president and presumptive 2024 Republican nominee Donald Trump, associating him with the concept of mass deportations of those who’ve broken into the country.

Already, Alberta has put out 172 wildfires this year, and 63 are actively burning.

On April 24, Alberta Minister of Forestry and Parks Todd Loewen revealed that his department estimates that most of the province’s wildfires this year are man-made and not caused by “climate change” as claimed by mainstream media and politicians.

“We expect that almost all of the wildfires we’ve experienced so far this year are human caused, given the point we’re at in the season and the types of weather we’re seeing,” Loewen stated.

Already, Alberta has put out 172 wildfires this year, and 63 are actively burning. However, Loewen did not seem overly alarmed, instead warning Albertans to watch their local fire bans and restrictions to reduce the high number of man-made wildfires.

“I urge you to assess your property for wildfire danger and take any preventive action you can to address these risks,” he said…

While on stage with Florida Democratic Party Chairwoman Nikki Fried, who lost to former Florida Gov. Charlie Crist in the 2022 primaries by double digits (Crist then went on to lose to Gov. Ron DeSantis by double digits as well), bemoaned the state’s six-week abortion ban.

With DeSantis winning the Florida governorship by the largest margin in 40 years, including the formerly blue Miami-Dade county by 11 points, Democrats in the state have turned to abortion as a way to try and gain back the massive amount of votes they have lost in the free-state of Florida.

As reported by Fox News, “The Sign of the Cross is an ancient expression of piety that has existed since at least the third century and is commonly used by Catholic and Orthodox churches as a form of blessing.”

Predictably, members of the Catholic Church which Biden claims to be such a fervent follower of, were infuriated by this gesture while discussing the killing of human babies.

“Biden’s use of the Sign of the Cross in support of abortion is a disgusting insult toward all Christians, but especially of Catholics whom he claims as his own,” President of CatholicVote Brian Burch said to Fox News Digital after the event went viral.

This hammering by Catholics comes on the heels of another leader within the Church calling Biden “stupid” the week before his abortion faux pas.

“I don’t have any anger towards [Biden]. I feel sorry for him. I’m not angry at him, he’s just stupid,” said Bishop Robert Gruss of the Diocese of Saginaw. “It’s not stupidity in the derogatory way, it’s stupidity in the sense of […] he doesn’t understand the Catholic faith.”

(Jerusalem, Israel) — [CBN News] Despite war and rumors of war, tens of thousands of Jewish people came to the Western Wall during the intermediary days of Passover to pray and receive an annual blessing. (Screengrab image: via CBN News)

Unsurprisingly, this year’s focus was the hostages and their families.

More than 30,000 people came to take part in the Birkat Hacohenim, which in Hebrew means “Priestly Blessing” this Passover, and cried out for the return of the Hamas-held hostages and peace for the State of Israel.

The attendees came from around the world to bless and be blessed. This year, that included families of the hostages.

Sigi Cohen’s son Eliya was wounded and taken hostage into Gaza in the Hamas-led massacre and kidnappings of October 7th.

“We came to the Kotel to the priestly blessing, because Eliya is a cohen (from the priestly line) and he couldn’t come to participate in the priestly blessing, so we were invited here by the Rabbi of the Western Wall, to come to hear the priestly blessing and to pass on the power of the blessing that was here today to Eliya and all the hostages that are in Gaza 0:41 that they’ll be strengthened by this blessing until Eliya, with the help of God will return to us, Cohen told CBN News.

In the Book of Numbers, God gives Moses and Aaron these words to bless the children of Israel:

“The Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you, the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace.”

While The Aaronic Benediction or Blessing is a daily part of Jewish prayers, this public tradition at the Wall happens twice a year—during Sukkot (the Feast of Tabernacles) and Passover.

Jewish men who are believed to be of the priestly line come to bless the people of Israel. The last collective priestly blessing at the Western Wall was during Sukkot last fall, just days before the October 7th Hamas attack.

Sigi Cohen felt it was important to come and intercede for her son.

“I think the prayers that we are praying, they are drawing all the hostages to return to us, and that’s the most substantial thing, because only the Holy One, only our Father that is in Heaven, can return them to us,” Cohen stated. “There is no one else but Him. In addition to the priestly blessing, there were special prayers for the captives in Gaza, the more than 100,000 Israelis displaced from their homes due to attacks, the wounded, the families of those who have died, the IDF soldiers, and the security of the State of Israel.

Cohen shared, “We are praying that in this month of Nissan (on the Jewish calendar), that is the month of redemption, when the people of Israel were redeemed, and with the help of God, they will be redeemed again. We pray to God that He will redeem all the hostages, (and) the daughters and sons will return to their homes healthy and whole, with the help of God.”

Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz of the Western Wall thanked God for standing with Israel during the missile attack from Iran earlier in April. He said God performed miracles for Israel when He brought them out of Egypt, and so, Israel must be thankful. He also asked that God remove His anger from Israel.
