<div>We men owe a great debt to women who have “kept the faith”.
Women who, for years and years, watchfully kept the faith while men abdicated.
Women who somehow managed to get themselves and their children to church while their men were:
sleeping in…
watching sports on television…
playing golf…
just not interested in church…
out with the guys…
reading the Sunday newspaper…
pretending to be sick…
away on hunting trips…
out jogging…
working on the house
working on the car…
snowmobiling…
fishing…</div>
<div>
How are men going to repay such a debt? This year when the warring holy spirit of Jael overtakes every woman who has yielded her heart to Jesus, I hope and pray that we men arise… first in abject tears of remorse then to triumph gloriously over our common Enemy through The Blood Of The Keeper Of The Faith surrounded by a company of warring women guerrilla fighters.
The story of Heber, Sisera and Jael: Judges 4:21.</div>
<div></div>
<div>The honor of killing their arch-enemy Sisera would go to a woman, not a man.</div>

<h1 class=”passage-display”><span class=”passage-display-bcv”>Judges 4:21</span> <span class=”passage-display-version”>New International Version (NIV)</span></h1>
<span id=”en-NIV-6621″ class=”text Judg-4-21″>21 But Jael, Heber’s wife, picked up a tent peg and a hammer and went quietly to him while he (Sisera) lay fast asleep, exhausted. She drove the peg through his temple into the ground, and he died.</span>I wonder how Jael’s husband, Heber the Kenite, repaid the debt he owed her?
I hope he didn’t say</div>
<div></div>
<div>”Woman! Look at the bloody mess you made on the floor of the tent!”“Father, Help! Please allow men to now arise! Only you can do this thing.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Preachers can’t do it.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Their mothers, daughters, grandmothers, aunts and nieces can’t do it.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Only You can do it.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Men have put themselves in such pig stys of self indulgence that
only revelation from heaven can pull them out.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Father, please do whatever it takes!</div>
<div></div>
<div>Amen!”</div> -
