GOD’S KINGDOM FAMILY ORDER IN MINISTRY, BUSINESS, AND GOVERNMENT – Ron McGatlin
The same family order that functions in heaven and in godly families on earth is the pattern for the structure and function of all ministry, business, and governmental structures and organizations.
God’s kingdom family order is the heavenly design of all relational governance and administration of authority on Planet Earth. Most strife and wars in the world can be recognized to stem from three major areas of conflict.
- Religion
- Politics
- Economy
The natural human deep thinkers partaking from the tree of knowledge of good and evil have derived theoretical solutions for eliminating stress and wars from these three rudimental areas. After much thinking and discussions, they have determined that the solution in all three areas is to establish ONE WORLD UNIVERSAL THINKING AND UNDERSTANDING.
- One World Religion
- One World Government
- One World Economy
Their reasoning is that if people have freedom to think and understand as they choose, they will never all think the same.
This is the observation of the natural minds of intelligent human beings without God. Therefore, it is understood among them that the only way to bring peace to the world is to control the thoughts and minds of the masses of people by seduction and with force to craft their minds into thinking in one unified channel.
To the natural mind, this solution appears to be the way to a world of peace. As a matter of fact, there is some truth in this dark deception. The truth is that there is one kingdom reality that will truly bring peace in this world.
SPIRIT IS MORE POWERFUL THAN HUMAN KNOWLEDGE IN ALL AREAS OF THINKING AND ACTIVITIES OF MANKIND.
The massive missing part of the manmade one world order is that it ignores the deeper foundational reality of SPIRIT. There are only TWO MAJOR SPIRIT FORCES that govern in the created world.
The two spirit forces are pictured in the Garden of Eden as the “tree of knowledge of good and evil” and “the tree of LIFE.” The tree of knowledge leads to death, darkness, and eventual destruction. The tree of life brings life and light everlasting now and forever.
One spirit force or the other works to spawn and produce every thought in human beings. The heart of man, which is the spirit, mind, will and emotions of man, is the production center of all that is built or changed in the world.
Every work or change in the world begins in the heart of man as a thought from one spirit force or the other. They are either from God or from Satan, the devil. Mankind without Spirit God is always connected to the darkness of the devil. The spirit of man will always be influenced by one or the other. There is no middle ground. Humanism is man’s way without God and is from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
Thoughts become visions that are brought into the world by words, drawings, dreams, music, or illustrations being planted into the world as living and growing thought seeds of action.
BUSINESS AND MINISTRY
A godly business or ministry begins in the heart of a man. God plants a seed of passionate desire in the heart of a man for some need of the people or of the world. A thought or idea from God begins to form in a person to meet that need. The idea becomes a vision and eventually through a growth process becomes a ministry or business meeting the need of mankind or the world around us.
A successful movement, business, or ministry begins as a thought in some human being’s heart from Spirit God.
As we fall in love with God our heart’s desires are to praise and worship Him and to love and serve His people and the world around us. We serve God by serving His people and His world.
We are directed in the Word to do good to all mankind but especially to those of the household of faith. (Galatians 6:10).
With His love, God will flow wisdom and power along with seed patterns or visions into the heart of man to bring forth the plans of God into the world to meet the needs of His people and His world. All great works of God that are carried out by man, work by this process.
GOD’S KINGDOM FAMILY ORDER IN BUSINESS
The man of God with the vision of God becomes the husband and father of the ministry or business, which was seeded into him by God.
The passion of the vision leads the husband to connect with his “helpmate” or a collective group of helpers that function as the wife/mother or the second-level management of the ministry or business. The workers are the children growing up in the business or ministry.
The father/husband is the entrepreneur or presidential part. The second level management team is the wife/mother part. The father and mother will have many children or workers that are growing and serving in the kingdom ministry or business as a forever part of the family. Servants are the hired or contract workers that are not yet a true part of the permanent family structure.
The God-ordered relational directives for the godly personal family order applies to business, ministry, government, and every organized structure of the kingdom.
God’s order is very different from the Babylonian style of business, ministry, and government of this fallen world.
All the God-given family order presented in Ephesians Chapters 5 and 6 are the same for the kingdom business, ministry, or governmental family order.
Husband to Wife – Unconditional Love
Wife to Husband – Respect and Honor
Husband and Wife – Permanent Marriage
Father to Children – Love and Train – Do Not Provoke
Mother to Children – Love and Nurture
Children to Parents – Obey and Honor
Parents and Children – Lifelong but Changing Relationship
Servants to Husband and wife – Sincere Obedience as to Christ
Husband and Wife to Servants – Non-Threatening and Under God
As we look at the offices of service within the family order of God, keep in mind that every person in God’s family is a direct child of God. And thereby has direct communion with Father God through Christ Jesus as sons and daughters of God and joint heirs with Christ Jesus. Also, remember that these relational family functions always work by love. Each family office member can fulfill their part by being IN LOVE WITH GOD.
GOD’S PURPOSE FOR MINISTRY AND BUSINESS IS THE SAME
In the kingdom, God’s purpose for both ministry and business is the same. The purpose is to meet the needs of the people and the world around us in accordance with the will, guidance, and empowerment of God. The difference between the two is in the type of needs that are met.
Ministry tends to focus more on spiritual needs such as relationship with God, spiritual principles for life and much more. Business tends to focus more on physical or natural needs such as food, shelter, transportation and much more.
There is overlap in meeting needs in ministry, business, and government. Both ministry and business are involved in meeting needs in the areas of wellbeing in both mental, physical and some spiritual needs as well. Both also are active in meeting needs of the soul (mind, will and emotions).
We serve God by serving His people and His created world. The more we serve by taking care of God’s people and the world around us, the more we are given by God, with which we serve.
ALL PARTS OF THE KINGDOM WORK TOGETHER BY THE LOVE OF GOD
Being in love with God that is experienced in praising and communing with God in His manifest presence with us, is our source of pure holy love that empowers, motivates, and guides us into abundance of life as sons of God ruling and reigning with Him now on earth.
The love of God in the people causes all these things to work together in bringing forth true kingdom prosperity in righteousness, peace and joy filling the earth with the glory of God.
This is the true One World Government. The kingdom of God is a Spirit King ruling through Spirit beings in redeemed human earthly bodies on earth.
The children of God now coming forth on earth are to become the Sons of God inheriting the earth and all its fullness in the manifest presence of Father God and King Jesus our Lord and Master of all.
BEYOND THE CLEANSING JUDGMENTS
The world has been and is now largely ruled by a counterfeit false usurping kingdom of darkness called Babylon in the Bible. The coming of Christ Jesus, Yeshua Messiah manifesting in and among His redeemed purified Sons of God is at hand to remove the false kingdom and fully establish the reality of the kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven.
