“It’s a total free for all in Eagle Pass right now. Mass illegal crossing taking place for over an hour and a half. Almost 2 years to the day we saw 15,000+ Haitians under the bridge in Del Rio, we now have thousands of predominantly Venezuelans gathering under Eagle Pass bridge.” -Bill Melugen, Fox News journalist

[ToddStarnes.com] A state of emergency has been declared in Eagle Pass, Texas where thousands of illegal aliens have been crossing the border since the weekend. (Screengrab image)

Video, which you can watch Here, shows members of the Biden administration cutting razor wire that had kept the illegals out of the country. That action led to a massive border surge.

On Wednesday more than 4,000 illegals crossed the border—overwhelming the town of 29,000 Americans and the city services like police and fire. All of the border crossers are young men of military age.

My friend Bill Melugen, the Fox News journalist, has been covering the border crisis for several years now. He described a terrifying scene from Eagle Pass.

“It’s a total free for all in Eagle Pass right now,” he said. “Mass illegal crossing taking place for over an hour and a half. Almost 2 years to the day we saw 15,000+ Haitians under the bridge in Del Rio, we now have thousands of predominantly Venezuelans gathering under Eagle Pass bridge.” (Screengrab image)

Mayor Rolando Salinas said a separate 2,500-person mob crossed the border into the city illegally Monday, on top of approximately 7,200 other illegal crossers apprehended in the previous week.

“One of the situations is that a lot of these [migrants], they’re single males and they don’t want to listen to instructions and they’re leaving the facility,” the mayor told the New York Post.

To those of you still under the delusion that the military-age illegals fled their homeland to escape persecution and tyranny, I have just one question for you to consider: why did they leave their wives and children behind?

Folks, were are no longer dealing with just an invasion, we are dealing with a government-sponsored occupation of the United States of America.

[TheNationalPulse.com] An illegal migrant from Peru has been charged with murder in Eagle Pass, Texas, after a 40-year-old man from Houston, was found bludgeoned to death in the backyard of his home, according to the Maverick County Sheriff’s Office. Roberto Emilio Vasquez-Santamaria, 64, was arrested in connection with a homicide that occurred on Monday. Vasquez-Santamaria had been released by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement after illegally crossing the southern border in May to a non-government shelter in Eagle Pass after providing a written promise to appear for court proceedings, according to several news outlets…

[HotAir.com] …The scale of the influx is unprecedented, and the dangers it poses are clear. Americans are dropping like flies from fentanyl overdoses, our cities are spending billions on food and housing, and literal terrorists have been smuggled into the country. Tens of thousands of unaccompanied children have been lost, and at least that many are working illegally to pay off the drug cartels who are threatening their families back home … “Strange that there is almost no legacy media coverage of this. About 2 million people—from every country on Earth—are entering through the US southern border every year. The number is rising rapidly, yet no preventive action is taken by the current administration,” posted Elon Musk on X. Click Here to read.

…A new video is making waves in Connecticut, and once again, I’m hoping that this is finally the last straw that forces an actual enforcement action.

[PJMedia.com] Whether it’s because they have no fear of consequence or because they really are that stupid, Democrat operatives regularly stuff ballot boxes in full view of cameras. The pattern is nauseatingly familiar at this point: First, Big Left’s candidate comes from behind to win an election with a handful of mail-in or absentee votes. Then, video, sworn testimony, and/or official complaints of ballot harvesting and ballot box stuffing emerge. The matter is referred to law enforcement, which opens an investigation. (Screengrab image)

And then … nothing.

In the film “2000 Mules,” rampant ballot harvesting—which is illegal in Georgia, one of the states featured in the film—was documented. The matter was referred to GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, whose office launched an investigation. “If Georgia’s investigation into organized ballot harvesting leads to actual arrests and punishment, it will be a great day for America,” I wrote at the time. “We are all weary of lengthy investigations that go nowhere and accomplish nothing, but perhaps this time will be different.”

LOL, it was no different. Raffensberger declined to proceed without one of the film’s producers, election integrity non-profit True the Vote, giving up the name of a confidential source, which they refused to do. One source—out of the mountains of data and evidence the group provided—was the excuse for halting the investigation. The last I heard, Raffensberger’s office was suing True the Vote. Meanwhile, more elections have occurred in the district without any arrests or serious addressing of the problem.

In Oct. of 2022, I reported on mind-boggling allegations of illegal ballot harvesting in Florida’s Orlando metro area:

[Florida’s new Office of Election Crimes and Security (OECS)]’s investigation was launched after Cynthia Harris, a former candidate for Orange County Commissioner, filed a sworn affidavit with the Florida Secretary of State’s office. In her affidavit, Harris described a long-standing, systemic ballot-harvesting operation in the Orlando area’s African-American communities. On Wednesday night, Harris appeared on Just the News, No Noise to discuss the electoral exploitation of black communities that she says has been going on for years.

Harris (who is also black) not only swore out an affidavit, but she had previously recorded and reported ballot harvesters in her neighborhood and retained their materials to show to law enforcement. The matter went to the Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for a criminal investigation. I check in with their public information officers regularly to see what progress has been made. But a year after they took the case, the FDLE still has no comment because—you guessed it—the matter remains under investigation. Meanwhile, the contentious 2022 election came and went, and we are less than two months out from Election Day 2023, with no enforcement action against the Orlando ballot harvesting machine.

Now a new video is making waves in Connecticut, and once again, I’m hoping that this is finally the last straw that forces an actual enforcement action.

Bridgeport, CT, is a run-down, post-industrial town on the coast of Long Island Sound. Like most cities, it has beautiful historical neighborhoods and some noteworthy cultural venues but has long been captured by Democrats and suffers from corruption. The current mayor, Joe Ganim, has been in office since 1991. A felon, Ganim went on a seven-year hiatus beginning in 2003 to serve time in a federal correctional institution after being convicted of a slew of corruption charges. But in December 2015, he was sworn back into the mayor’s office.

Ganim is currently running for reelection to his eighth term as Bridgeport mayor. One week ago, in the Democrat mayoral primary, he eked out a win over challenger John Gomes by 251 votes. A few days later, the Gomes campaign released a video showing a Ganim supporter making numerous pre-dawn trips to the ballot box outside the Bridgeport government center:

The CT Mirror reports:

The video, which was posted to the Gomes campaign Facebook page, shows a woman dropping stacks of papers into an absentee ballot box outside the government center in Bridgeport, where the city’s registrar of voters office is located.

The Gomes campaign alleges that the video shows Wanda Geter-Pataky, a Ganim supporter, dropping off stacks of absentee ballots ahead of the primary… Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here

International leaders tout digital public infrastructure as a great leap for convenience and security, but the danger to freedom is equally significant.

(New Delhi, India) — [LifeSiteNews.com] The Group of 20 (G20), the 19 most influential countries on earth plus the European Union, has endorsed proposals to explore development of a “digital public infrastructure,” including digital identification systems and potentially a centralized digital currency. (Image: Unsplash)

The G20 consists of the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, and Turkey. Its members “represent around 85% of the global GDP, over 75% of the global trade, and about two-thirds of the world population.”

In a Leaders’ Declaration released September 10, the G20 leaders called for “swift implementation” of the intergovernmental Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s (OECD’s) Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework & Amendments to the Common Reporting Standard, a taxation and reporting framework for crypto-assets. They also endorsed “discussions on the potential macro-financial implications arising from the introduction and adoption of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs).”

Then, in its Policy Recommendations for Advancing Financial Inclusion and Productivity Gains through Digital Public Infrastructure released [last] week, the G20 endorsed exploration of “digital public infrastructure” (DPI) consisting of “digital ID, digital payments, and data exchange.” Digital identification, the document claimed, “could further financial inclusion, especially in low- and middle-income countries, where insufficient documentation is often a barrier to account ownership.”

The Epoch Times reported that “no talk of banning cryptocurrency” took place during the G20’s weekend summit on the matter, but numerous officials are enthusiastic about a more digital future.

“India’s presidency has put on the table key issues related to regulating or understanding that there should be a framework for handling issues related to crypto assets,” said Nirmala Sitharaman, the Finance Minister of India… Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here

“As a Christian, I believe marriage is between a man and a woman. Yet, for some reason, Best Buy insisted that I submit to a lesson series on ‘The History of the LGBTQ Movement’ while I have clients waiting on my assistance … Sexuality has no place in the workplace, and forcing me to subject myself to conduct that I believe constitutes a sin, while taking me away from serving my former employer’s customers is simply unacceptable—in fact, it’s unlawful.” -Enis Sujak

[CharismaNews.com] A former Best Buy employee, Enis Sujak, is preparing to take legal action against the retail giant, alleging that he was unjustly terminated for expressing his deeply held Biblical views on sexuality. (Screengrab image)

This incident is yet another flashpoint in the ongoing debate over religious freedom and the increasing challenges faced by Christians in the United States.

Sujak, a Serbian immigrant residing in Jacksonville, Florida, had been a member of the Geek Squad at a local Best Buy until September 1 when he was reportedly dismissed for voicing his concerns regarding a mandatory training video on LGBTQ history.

In a description on his GiveSendGo campaign, he stated, “As a Christian, I believe marriage is between a man and a woman. Yet, for some reason, Best Buy insisted that I submit to a lesson series on ‘The History of the LGBTQ Movement’ while I have clients waiting on my assistance.”

The incident raises questions about the intersection of religious beliefs and workplace policies. Sujak firmly believes that his ability to serve customers with electronic repairs should not be entangled with matters of sexual orientation.

“In fact,” Sujak emphasizes, “sexuality has no place in the workplace, and forcing me to subject myself to conduct that I believe constitutes a sin while taking me away from serving my former employer’s customers is simply unacceptable—in fact, it’s unlawful.”

Sujak’s allegations came to light on September 2 when leaked audio recordings, shared by activist journalist James O’Keefe, formerly of Project Veritas, revealed conversations between Sujak and his manager. In these conversations, Sujak confronted the manager over what he perceived as Christian discrimination regarding the display of religious symbols on company property.

Click Here and scroll down to watch the video

One notable exchange occurred when Sujak questioned why LGBTQ Pride flags and symbols were permitted while a Christian cross was not. The response, “They’re not the same,” sparked controversy, arguing that individuals choose their religion, but do not have the same choice regarding their sexual orientations or identities.

Sujak is taking a firm stance in this matter and has already sought legal representation to file a civil lawsuit against Best Buy. He has raised over $10,500 through his GiveSendGo campaign to cover the legal fees associated with his impending lawsuit.

“In no way have I ever argued that anyone who differs in religion, gender or sex should be treated differently; rather, all I wanted was to be treated the same as them, and have my beliefs respected equally,” Sujak wrote. He concluded, “It’s time we fight back, take a stand, and defend our rights. I will not back down, and every contribution no matter how great or small, helps us in this fight.”

The incident involving Enis Sujak highlights the ongoing challenges faced by Christians who believe they are being targeted for their religious beliefs, with the workplace becoming a battleground for issues related to faith and religious freedoms. As Christians navigate these challenges, some are beginning to see the connection to Bible prophecies foretelling that persecution for their faith will increase in the end times.

One such prophecy comes from the book of Matthew, where Jesus foretells, “Then they will hand you over to be persecuted and will kill you. And you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake,” (Matt. 24:9). This passage is a warning that Believers will face increasing persecution because of their faith in Jesus Christ, and many are not prepared for it.

While debates surrounding these issues continue, it remains to be seen how this case will unfold and what implications it may have for the broader conversation about religious freedom in the United States. Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here

“Took my 14 year old to the doctor Friday. As if the renewed mask charade wasn’t bad enough, halfway through the doctor asks me to leave. Over my dead body, I said. This is my child, and anything can be discussed with both of us. She then proceeded to ask if there were any questions about gender identity. Nope. I stopped it right there. We cannot continue to fuel this madness. Fight it. Don’t let your child fall prey to a manufactured identity crisis…” -Merianne Jensen, via X

[DailySignal.com] Virginia mom Merianne Jensen became a voice for parental rights and common sense when she asked a simple question during a local school board meeting in 2022.  (Image: Pixabay)

“If masks work, why don’t they?” Jensen asked the school board in Prince William County, Virginia.

A video of the incident went viral, launching Jensen into the position to be a voice for parents who are fighting back against radical leftist policies targeting children.

But the push to promote this leftist ideology no longer occurs only in the schools, but also may be found in doctor’s offices, the mother says.

On Sunday, Jensen wrote on X, formerly Twitter, that she recently took her 14-year-old to the doctor and noted that “halfway through the doctor asks me to leave.”

Jensen wrote that she refused, and the doctor “proceeded to ask if there were any questions about gender identity.”

“Nope. I stopped it right there,” she wrote.

“We cannot continue to fuel this madness,” Jensen also wrote on X. “Fight it. Don’t let your child fall prey to a manufactured identity crisis. It ends with us, or it continues to lay claim to more children until the family and our children literally become unrecognizable. Don’t fall for the love narrative. This is a political path that only leads to pain and suffering for everyone involved. Especially the child.”

Jensen joins the “Problematic Women” podcast to share her unexpected rise to fame after she spoke out at a school board meeting and to talk about what parents can do to guard their kids from the Left’s harmful agenda.

Also on today’s show, we have the story of two California teachers who are fighting back against a policy that would force them to lie to parents of children struggling with their gender identities. And Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, takes steps to repeal the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, known as the FACE Act.

Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms (Sep 21, 2023)

“We hope that the Supreme Court of Canada agrees that constitutional issues surrounding closing churches and curbing outdoor protests during a pandemic are worth the Court’s attention and adjudication…” -Lawyer Allison Pejovic

(Manitoba) — [LifeSiteNews.com] The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms is announcing that five Manitoba churches, a minister, a deacon, and a protester have filed an application with the Supreme Court of Canada to argue the national importance of the constitutionality of church closures and restrictions on outdoor gatherings from late 2020. (Image: Pixabay)

The five Manitoba churches, including Gateway Bible Baptist Church, and two individuals, including Pastor Tobias Tissen, have challenged the church closures, citing Charter breaches of their religious freedoms and freedoms to assemble and express themselves.

A protester, Ross MacKay, challenged the limits on his ability to gather outdoors after he was ticketed. The province of Manitoba has admitted to violating the Applicants’ Charter rights to worship, express themselves, and assemble. Without explaining how or why the government’s evidence might be more persuasive than the Applicant’s evidence in the expert report of the former chief public health officer of Manitoba, Dr. Joel Kettner, the lower courts ruled that the violations of these Charter rights were justified under section 1 of the Charter.

The case was heard before the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench in May 2021. Chief Justice Glenn Joyal ruled in favour of the province, finding that the Charter violations were justified under section 1. In a separate motion for costs brought by the government, he did not order the Applicants to pay court costs, as he found the public interest in having the case adjudicated was significant. The Applicants appealed before the Manitoba Court of Appeal in December 2022. Their appeal was dismissed in June 2023.

On September 18, 2023, the Applicants filed an Application for Leave to Appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada (SCC). They argue that the case raises issues of national importance that warrant the SCC to hear the case… Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here

“The wrestling match lasted for the better part of an hour on a spring afternoon. God didn’t touch my hip, but he spoke to my heart. Really, Max? If you have everything together, if you have a lock on this issue, then why are you hiding in a parking lot, sipping a beer that you’ve concealed in a brown paper bag?” -Max Lucado

[Faithwire.com] On the outside, author and minister Max Lucado had it all together. He was part of a thriving church, had top-selling books in the hands of people all over the country, and was designated the “Best Preacher in America.” But Lucado recently opened up about how he secretly drank alcohol to deal with the stress and pressure of ministry. (Image: via CBN /Faithwire)

In his newly released book, “God Never Gives Up on You,” the prolific author shares that at the age of 50, he started to drink beer to handle the demands of “his world gone crazy.”

“The staff needed me. The pulpit required me. The publisher was counting on me. The entire world was looking to me. So, I did what came naturally. I began to drink,” reads an excerpt from his book. “Not publicly. I was the guy you see at the convenience store who buys the big can of beer, hides it in a sack, and presses it against his thigh so no one will see as he hurries out the door. My store of choice was on the other side of the city lest I be seen. I’d sit in the car, pull the can out of the sack, and guzzle the liquid until it took the edge off the sharp demands of the day.”

The teaching minister of Oak Hills Church in San Antonio, Texas believed he had everything under control, from his staff issues and deadlines to his drinking.

But no matter how much he justified it in his mind, God spoke to his heart. Lucado likens it to the wrestling that happened between Jacob and God in the book of Genesis.

“The wrestling match lasted for the better part of an hour on a spring afternoon,” said Lucado. “God didn’t touch my hip, but he spoke to my heart. Really, Max? If you have everything together, if you have a lock on this issue, then why are you hiding in a parking lot, sipping a beer that you’ve concealed in a brown paper bag?”

Lucado says, just like Jacob in the Bible, God showed grace to him despite the deception and the mistakes he made.

“God extended [grace] to me. Abundantly,” said the pastor. “I confessed my hypocrisy to our elders, and they did what good pastors do. They covered me with prayer and designed a plan to help me cope with demands. I admitted my struggle to the congregation and in doing so activated a dozen or so conversations with members who battled the same temptation.”

Lucado admits so much has changed since that encounter with God.

“God met me there that day,” he concluded. “He gave me a new name as well. Not ‘Israel.’ That one was already taken. But ‘forgiven.’ And I’m happy to wear it.”

During that season of his life, Lucado said he could relate to Jacob. In his new book, Jacob is the inspiration to help readers to understand God’s grace, mercy, and love… Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here
