“The Supreme Court is going to approach the Equal Protection Clause by making a determination of whether or not sex is the same as gender identity and vice versa. Sex has been considered a quasi-suspect class for purposes of Equal Protection Clause analysis, and that requires a heightened level of judicial scrutiny. But gender identity and transgender status have never held to be the same, especially by the Supreme Court, to be the same as biological sex.” -Sarah Parshall Perry of the Heritage Foundation [CBN News] The Supreme Court jumped into the heated debate over experimental transgender procedures on children Monday, agreeing to hear the case as the Biden administration seeks to block state bans on gender-altering attempts. (Screengrab image: via CBN News) Twenty-five states have passed bans on gender-altering procedures and several are on hold due to litigation. The case before the high court involves a Tennessee law that prohibits transgender-identifying minors from receiving puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and invasive surgeries. The Biden administration and some parents claim the laws prohibit what they call “life-saving treatment.” “Yeah, the Department of Justice will absolutely take the position that this is lifesaving care,” Sarah Parshall Perry of the Heritage Foundation told us. “That has been the mantra of this administration from day one of the Biden presidency.” Perry says the court will be asked to decide if the laws violate the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment. But gender identity and transgender status have never held to be the same, especially by the Supreme Court, to be the same as biological sex,” Perry said, Meanwhile, England and other European nations are backing away from transition procedures on minors after studies showed “weak evidence” that they lead to long-term positive impacts. “This is one instance in which I think Europe is headed in the right direction,” Perry said. “In addition to that, we are now seeing Norway, Finland, Sweden, and now the most recent edition is Scotland who has backed off the use of chemical castration agents as well.” There is also a growing number of people who underwent gender transition and are seeking to revert back to their biological gender. They’re warning distressed children and their families about rushing into life-altering medical decisions. “So, at a certain point, I think the Supreme Court is going to have to reference the fact that this is a highly debatable area of public discourse. It is a political hot topic,” she said. READ Male-Born Athletes Take Championship Titles in 5 States in Girl’s Sports: ‘It’s Heartbreaking’ Ultimately, Perry believes the high court will keep the issue with the states. “There is not going to be a willingness to pluck a constitutional right to experimental medical treatment out of thin air and certainly pull it from the ears of the Constitution. That is going to be a question I think the judges will find better suited for the state houses,” Perry said. The high court will hear the case in the fall and the justices will rule on the case around this time next year. “We suddenly became aware that UNRWA had a huge, huge role in what happened. But what we uncovered that was surprising is the scheme for funding Hamas’ acquisition of smuggled weapons, explosives and other things … Obviously, the end of the story is that they absolutely provided safe harbor for Hamas terrorists to use those schools against the Israeli army trying to discover them.” -hostage families’ attorney, Gavi Marone (Jerusalem, Israel) — [CBN News] The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) transferred some $1.3 billion in cash to Gaza over the last six years— money that some are saying was used to build up Hamas and its terror machine, as families of hostages released new footage of the fateful day on October 7th. (Screengrab image: via CBN News) More than 100 victims of the Hamas attack on Israel filed a lawsuit against UNRWA Monday, claiming $1 billion in damages and accusing the U.N. aid agency for Palestinians of aiding and abetting the terror group’s October 7th assault. In a journalists’ briefing with Media Central, the hostage families’ attorney, Gavi Marone stated, “We suddenly became aware that UNRWA had a huge, huge role in what happened. But what we uncovered that was surprising is the scheme for funding Hamas’ acquisition of smuggled weapons, explosives and other things.” Marone filed the complaint in a New York court against UNRWA, claiming UNRWA’s own reports indicated they knew there were explosives, RPGs, assault rifles, rockets, and mortars in their schools. “If that’s what you’re worried about—that’s not going to be stored in your school—then how do you have guards that are, first of all, not trained and then not even there, you know, half the time? Obviously, the end of the story is that they absolutely provided safe harbor for Hamas terrorists to use those schools against the Israeli army trying to discover them.” The Hostages and Missing Families Forum released footage Monday of three hostages being abducted on October 7th from the Nova Music Festival. Rachel Goldberg, mother of hostage Hersh Goldberg, declared, “We and the other families felt that it’s very important, any piece of evidence of what happened on October 7th, how these people were stolen from their lives, is critical for the world to see.” Hersh Goldberg-Polin, Eliya Cohen, and Or Levy were hiding with others in a bomb shelter where many were killed when terrorists threw grenades into the shelter. Goldberg’s forearm was blown off. His mother added, “We also feel that 262 days in, a lot of people are thinking about these hostages as just this clump of people, not individuals. And we personally feel this is our son. We want the world to see what happened to our son on the seventh. And the two other families felt the same.” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu indicates he’s open to a ceasefire deal that frees hostages but is standing strong on finishing Hamas as a fighting force. He said Monday, “I am prepared to make a partial deal—this is no secret—that will return to us some of the people. But we are committed to continuing the war after a pause, in order to complete the goal of eliminating Hamas. I’m not willing to give up on that.” IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi asserted the IDF troops most responsible for destroying Hamas’ last intact battalions in Rafah are almost done with their mission. “We are clearly approaching the point where we can say we have dismantled the Rafah Brigade, that it is defeated—not in the sense that there are no more terrorists—but in the sense that it can no longer function as a fighting unit,” Halevi explained. Halevi and Netanyahu agree that many of those troops can be redeployed to Israel’s northern border with Lebanon. That mission will be to end the threat of Hezbollah’s constant aerial strikes that have kept more than 60 thousand Israelis evacuated and away from their homes and communities near the Lebanese border. “We will have the option to transfer part of the forces to the north, and we will do that. First and foremost for defense purposes, secondly to return our residents home,” Netanyahu said. The prime minister did not rule out a peace deal to end the Hezbollah threat, but if diplomacy fails, he’ll send Israeli forces to fight. Meanwhile, in a move that could threaten the stability of Israeli society, Israel’s Supreme Court today ruled unanimously that the military must begin drafting ultra-Orthodox men who have been exempt by law due to their religious beliefs. Religious party leaders reacted angrily and some threatened unrest over the decision. “They’re not only gagging the Trump campaign but also feeding Biden tips…” -Jesse Watters [TheGatewayPundit.com] On his primetime Fox News show, Jesse Watters reported that CNN has issued a gag order against the Trump campaign just days before they are set to participate in the network’s upcoming presidential debate. (Screengrab image: via Fox News /The Gateway Pundit) “CNN just slapped a gag order on the Trump campaign, days before the debate,” Watters said. “We knew Trump’s mic would be muted during the debate, but we didn’t know his campaign’s mic would be muted before it. You can go on CNN and lie about Trump, Russia, call Republicans racist, Nazis, but you can’t say Tapper’s biased. If Jake’s not biased, why is he celebrating Trump losing?” Watters questioned. Watters continued, expressing his dismay and concern over the fairness of the upcoming debate… Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here Continue reading Here. |

President Trump knows that he is walking into a trap and I have no doubt that he will be prepared for whatever nefarious schemes Jake Tapper and Dana Bash throw his way. [ToddStarnes.com] There is one irrefutable truth about Thursday night’s first presidential debate: Donald Trump will not only be debating Joe Biden, but he will also be debating CNN’s moderators. (Screengrab image: via CNN /YouTube) Jake Tapper and Dana Bash have a long and ugly history of attacking President Trump on-air in some of the vilest ways. They have gone so far as to compare the former president to Hitler. “The dehumanizing rhetoric of Adolf Hitler is once again alive and well on a national political stage—this time—of course in the United States,” Tapper said. “This time by Republican front-runner Donald Trump.” By the way, neither Tapper nor Bush have yet to retract or apologize for the lies they spewed about the fake Russian collusion story. Trump spokesperson Karoline Leavitt brought up that issue during a Monday morning interview on CNN with host Kasie Hunt. But just as Leavitt started dropping truth bombs, Hunt exploded in rage and ordered producers to cut off the interview. “You come on my show, you respect my colleagues, period,” Hunt said. “I don’t care what side of the aisle you stand on, as my track record clearly shows.” Leavitt fired back with a few truth bombs of her own. “You cut off my microphone for bringing up the debate moderator’s history of anti-Trump lies. This proved our point that President Trump will not be treated fairly on Thursday,” she said. CNN released a statement in response to the growing debate controversy. “Jake Tapper and Dana Bash are well respected veteran journalists who have covered politics for more than five decades combined,” CNN said in a statement. “They have extensive experience moderating major political debates, including CNN’s Republican Presidential Primary Debate this cycle. There are no two people better equipped to co-moderate a substantial and fact-based discussion.” President Trump knows that he is walking into a trap and I have no doubt that he will be prepared for whatever nefarious schemes Jake Tapper and Dana Bash throw his way. They’re both just a pair of washed-up DNC propagandists on a failed cable news channel. It’s going to be three against one on debate night—but I’d wager a Dr. Pepper [that] President Trump is going to win the day. Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here |

“I think it just goes to show that anyone can transform or turn into anything that they want. But nobody talks about transforming back to the original design that you’re supposed to be. The world can tell you so much about who you’re ‘supposed to be’ based off of your interests or your personality type, and try to fit you into all of these crazy, outlandish boxes that might … make you feel included for a time.” -Nic Renick [Faithwire.com] “Only God can do that.” (Screengrab image: via Michael Knowles /YouTube) Those are the words of Lex Renick, a female who formerly identified as a transgender male before she and her husband—who used to identify as homosexual—came to faith in Jesus. Nic and Lex Renick got married May 30, 2020, when both of them were living out their LGBT lifestyles. They have since turned away from their past decisions, with Lex restoring her female identify and returning to the name she was given at birth and Nic abandoning his homosexual identity. The pair married one another as husband and husband but, since their respective salvation experiences, now identify as a heterosexual couple—husband and wife. They recently spoke with The Daily Wire’s Michael Knowles about their salvation experiences in a lengthy interview. Knowles, a Catholic, described the couple’s testimony as “one of the wildest stories I’ve ever heard.” In addition to restoring their lives spiritually, Lex and Nic told Knowles they are seeing physical restoration. The two now share a healthy baby and, early on in their relationship, Lex underwent biopsies and was told she had cancerous cells in her body. But a doctor from Planned Parenthood recently told her, “This doesn’t make physical possible sense, but you no longer have any cancerous cells in your body.” “I think it just goes to show that anyone can transform or turn into anything that they want,” said Nic of their experience together. “But nobody talks about transforming back to the original design that you’re supposed to be.” He continued, “The world can tell you so much about who you’re ‘supposed to be’ based off of your interests or your personality type, and try to fit you into all of these crazy, outlandish boxes that might … make you feel included for a time.” For her part, Lex opened up about the fact she believed the “lie” of the LGBT community. “The whole world in the queer community was saying, ‘Well, you know, if God made you then God made you this way,'” she recalled hearing. “[But] that argument doesn’t work with the trans community. Because, if we say, ‘God made me this way,’ then that means that I should have been a woman.” Lex went on to explain to Knowles she found solace in the LGBT community, because she was desperate for identity and belonging—something she had not previously found in her family or faith. She grew up in an abusive household—one that claimed to be “Christian”—with a mother who struggled with alcoholism and even once told Lex, “If I would have known that you were going to be my child, I would have aborted you,” a comment her mother made after learning Lex struggled with her sexuality and gender identity. Every time she tried to find comfort and safety in her family or in a church, Lex said they would “reject me.” Ultimately, she found the belonging she desired in the LGBT movement. “I ran to this loving community, and that was the queer community, because they accepted me for me, not that I needed edifying or acceptance from the Church,” she recalled. “I just needed a loving body of Believers or family to wrap their arms around me and say, ‘Hey, we’re going to walk with you through this journey.’ But all I faced was rejection”… Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here Continue reading and watch the interview Here. |
