NEW WORD: STAND!
Recently during a very intimate time with the Lord, where, in the spirit, I envisioned myself bowed low at His feet—a position that I love and am most comfortable with, I heard the voice of the Lord say in a commanding tone, “STAND UP!” At first, I interpreted this as a correction. However, the Lord began to show me that the position of being bowed before Him in the secret place leads to the invitation to STAND in His presence as did Elijah and Elisha (1Ki 17:1, 2Ki 3:14). The position of the faithful priest allows for the Royal invitation to stand in the Presence of the King as a king.
“Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully.” Psalm 24-4
The call to STAND is a place of God’s recognition and the invitation into His counsel and the councils of heaven. It is a place of access and also an invitation to give input, as Zachariah did. God told Joshua the High Priest, that He would remove his filthy garments and clothe Him with Royal Robes. Zachariah seemed comfortable enough to add his input, “Let them put a clean turban on his head.” Which they did (Zech. 3:5).
The apostles and prophets who met at Antioch were ministering to the Lord when the Holy Spirit spoke and gave direction that Paul and Barnabas were to be set apart to go on their assignments. Their ministry to the Lord opened the portal of Heaven for these two apostles to rise and to go. This is God’s process that takes the believer from a time of testing in faithfulness through to the place of wisdom and strength, in a stand that cannot be moved or shaken.
“But the priests, the Levites, the sons of Zadok, who kept charge of My sanctuary when the children of Israel went astray from Me, they shall come near Me to minister to Me; and they shall stand before Me…” Ezekiel 44:15-16
With lessons learned from time spent in the secret Place of the Most High, ministering before the LORD in the service of the Priesthood, we have arrived at this extraordinary moment in time that demands God’s people now take their places as kings representing the Kingdom of God. God is now securing His faithful servants in the position of kings to enforce the will of God and to rule under the authority of the King in this historic time.
Those who have served God faithfully in obedience, in the last season, are now being moved into positions of authority assigned to them for this season. These apostolic/ prophetic servants are being set into their offices over a domain in which they are given plenary powers to rule.
Positioned in the stand, confidence and boldness are imparted for the going, even in the face of persecution. That boldness and courage gets built into our DNA in the season of bowing low before the Lord in humility. Strength, faith and our identity as kings are imparted in this place in preparation for the Lord’s command to stand. When God gives the command to stand, it is usually in preparation for a visitation or a directive word regarding assignments.
“Now STAND ON YOUR FEET and I will speak to you…And He said to me, “Son of man, I am sending you…” Ezekiel 2:1,3
“And he said to me, “O Daniel, man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak to you, AND STAND UPRIGHT, for I have now been sent to you.” Daniel 10:11
I am calling My people in this notable hour to stand and be ready for your visitation. Stand before Me and I will speak to you regarding the things that concern My will for your life and for nations. You will stand in the place that I have called you to occupy! Fill that place with worship and praise, and I will fill it with My Presence!
You are leaving a season of sitting, maturing, and learning. I am now calling you to stand up on your feet! Receive My Word, My Will, and My Substance that will undergird and strengthen your stride into the next season. I have been preparing you to carry the weight of My Glory. There is a place near Me where you can stand in the Rock that is My Son. Stand in the cleft of My Son’s side where you will remain safe. When My Glory passes, I will put you in the cleft where you can stand stationed, appointed, and established. Remain there in Him, and I will show you My Glory as I pass by (Ex.33:22). Hide not your face from Him for He is your Glory. I will hide you in Him so that you will not die in My Presence as My Glory comes.
As I sent Him, I am now sending you in Him! To move with Him in this season you must understand your invitation to stand in His authority and Power! So, now stand at attention and be counted! My plans and purposes require you to stand in My presence as did Elijah and Elisha. In My Presence, you will receive My fullness, My guidance, and My command. You will stand under My directions as they did, prophesying My will and My word to the nations.
I am inviting you to purchase land and territory in My Kingdom by faith, where you can occupy greater dimensions of My Son. My leaders will enter into the plenipotentiary aspect of leadership in this place of the greater dimensions of Christ. They will be given plenary powers by Me to fulfill My will in this Era of transformation and reformation. Do not hold back in fear and intimidation, move forward now in boldness. As you go, you will be told what to do.Doors will open before you, to speak to kings as they did for Elijah!
“And Elijah the Tishbite, of the inhabitants of Gilead, said to Ahab, “As the LORD God of Israel lives, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, except at my word.” 1Kings 17:1
Elijah prepares the way for the Lord’s Coming according to scripture. You are the Elijah generation, now find your place in this company of the sons of God prepared for the hour. There is a shift now occurring that is ushering in dangerous times where you will be required to stand! So, Stand and see the salvation of the Lord! Stand under the Armor of My life.
“In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides]. Put on God’s whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil. For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere. Therefore put on God’s complete armor, that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place]. Stand therefore [hold your ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God…” Ephesians 6:10-14
The Lord is saying: My power and Might shall be on display through My faithful servants. Prepare for your visitation. I have need of you now so be willing and obedient. Heaven is sounding My command to all believers to stand in the hour of the collision of my purposes with your destiny. Now stand in the power of My Might; stand in the wisdom of the Ancient of Days; stand in the faithfulness of El Olam—The Everlasting God, Eternal and forever true. Stand in Truth wrapped in the safety of My Precepts, My Word that is your sure foundation. Stand clothed in the Royal garments of the King, the transcendence of His righteousness, Goodness, and love. Stand steady under the armor of Deity! Do not be moved to the right or the left, stand centered in the Agape Love of the Eternal Father Creator of all.
The future belongs to you—rendezvous with your destiny in Me in the Secret Place! This is a Call to Stand! A Divine Invitation into My Presence and Counsel”
Prayer: Holy Spirit, Take me into the Holy of Holies, the Gate and entrance into the vast expanse of Christ where I can stand under the transcendent supernatural armor of His being; where I am clothed in His Light and Glory.
