 What started as a series of Turkish television programs in 2009 has grown to more than 200 live programs dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to Muslims by a former radical Muslim woman.

The program is titled The Sound of Love with Isik Abla, SEVGİNİN SESİ ISIK ABLA Ile in Turkish. It has been broadcasting on the Kanal Hayat and Mohabat TV satellite networks in the Middle East and is the first live Christian TV program in Turkey.
According to a news release, Isik Abla is not your normal TV personality in the Middle East; she is a Muslim background believer who grew up in a radical Muslim family in Istanbul, Turkey. After fleeing to the U.S. from her family and the abusive Muslim man she married, she was introduced to Jesus Christ by her boss and accepted God’s unconditional love, peace and salvation.
Wanting to share what she had learned with other Muslims, she began studying her Bible and attending Bible College. Today she shares the hope and love found only in Christ to an audience of 128 million through her live Turkish programs aired weekly. Her show has received more than 4,000 calls since 2014 and has more than one million views on her YouTube channel.
 “My vision with this ministry is to see salvation, freedom and healing come to the Muslim world and the ideological foundations of Islam shaken,” said Isik Abla. “I want to authentically and relationally present Christ to my Turkish brothers and sisters so they can know the peace and love that I found in Christ.”
Over the years HD technology has upgraded and her viewership has grown as satellite and internet TV has made advances. The ministry created a Turkish website and began live streaming the show on their Turkish Facebook page last year. This allows more viewers to hear the truth of Christ from one of their own. Each program gives viewers the opportunity to call in for prayer, encouragement and to pray to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
Thousands have called in seeking the same peace and comfort Isik longed for. However, she has had opposition in sharing Christ as well. “I have had threats for my life and for my family’s lives,” said Abla. “Standing for Christ will always be a sacrifice worth making.”
Isik Abla Ministries also uses internet, radio and social media broadcasting to share Christ. Isik now produces shows in English that are translated into Arabic, Farsi and Urdu, allowing even more to hear the truth of Christ.
