Abolish air travel. Pay the masses not to work. Spend 20 trillion dollars. Ban meat. Shut down the energy producing companies. Get rid of all private insurance companies. Give free health care and college to all illegals.  Kill babies after they are born. We are watching Democrat leaders utter complete madness with a straight face. Why?
A strange shift is occurring. All the loony ideas the Democrat party used to stifle and share only among themselves in smoky back rooms are now front and center. It seems they can’t help themselves. Even when they know it damages them, they keep talking crazy. Even when they are presented with incontrovertible facts, they hold to insane policies.
On January 24th, when the left seemed ready to bring down Trump I wrote this: “God will allow lies to grow to such an extreme that it will soon nauseate Americans. The glorification of perversion, the bullying of children, the parade of insane ideas will fill the vat and sicken America. God will see to this.” Now it is happening.

Trump thundered, “America will never be a socialist nation!” and a stunning 76% approved of his speech according to CBS. This, alongside the left’s plunge into lunacy, started the shift. Rasmussen showed another result: a 52% approval rating for President Trump.
Then Beto O’Rourke’s rally in Texas was an omen. It tested weirdness. Weirdness lost. For a long time, the draft Beto movement said America wanted this stuff.  Beto’s competing rally drew about 900 people compared to Trump’s 35,000+. Beto offered nothing substantive, and had Mexican flags waving. That was the end any hope that he or his ilk could be elected president.
Something else is causing a shift. Today’s headlines read “major cities are turning into uninhabitable hell holes of open drug use and human waste.” These are cities run by Democrats.
Moreover, the radical rules that Democrats created to stop Kavanaugh from being confirmed to the Supreme court are coming back to haunt them. The top 3 Democrats in Virginia are being asked to leave office.

Most experts agree that the Democrat Party has begun to alienate mainstream America. Why don’t they care? I believe it is because of God. I believe we are seeing an answer to prayer. The Bible says, “2 Thessalonians 2:10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie…”
I am not saying that is a direct fulfillment of those verses. I am saying we are seeing a type of that judgement at work right now. Are we watching a good old fashioned, Old Testament event like when God confused the enemies of Israel and divided them among themselves? I say yes.

You remember the first miracle we saw the night that Trump was elected. Every media outlet except Fox News guaranteed a Clinton victory.  As the evening wore on, a shift began to take place. None of the liberal newscasters could believe it. Soon their dismissive expressions turned to dismay as the seemingly impossible was happening right before their eyes.
Are we watching God give us a second national miracle? As the Mueller investigation stumbles into oblivion with nothing to show for the millions they wasted—as the tide turns in what only a couple of weeks ago seemed a devastating time for Trump and Republicans—are we seeing prayer being answered right before our eyes?
Now is the time for mass soul winning because a threat to our freedom has been set back. This is no time for overconfidence or apathy. New threats are coming. This is a moment to seize through prayer and action.
