Last year during a particularly difficult time, I lingered in my car thinking there was no way I could finish my workday.  Have you been there? I was working as an assistant in a health-related field and knew that many patients were waiting for treatment.  Taking a day off was not an option.  As I was walking up the stairs,  a very gentle voice suddenly spoke the following Word:  “STRENGTH”.   I was so weary that it didn’t completely register in my mind.  It wasn’t until the end of the day, that I realized not only had I put in a full day’s work, I had worked overtime doing extra duties with even more energy to spare.  Then the spoken word came back to me as a reminder.  The Lord is good!

    VISION:

Recently I have been praying for messages for the Church when a vision manifested.  Very early Sunday morning I saw an open doorway. Under the doorway stood a very muscular, very fit and very powerful man. The word “receptive” followed the next day.

    INTERPRETATION:

At first I thought the vision was warning me of the parable of the strong man.  Because I wasn’t sure, I waited for a confirmation. It was received yesterday.  This ‘strongest’ man is synonymous in meaning with the word that was spoken last year; that is to say, he symbolized  “strength”.  And the doorway is symbolic of the spiritual portal between heaven and earth.  A portal made available through the Lord Jesus Christ’s finished works so that we can become recipients of His supernatural blessings.

Are you drained of power and strength?  Jesus said to be of good cheer because He overcame the world.  And as faithful New Covenant heirs who keep His Word in our hearts and minds, we can receive the serenity and strength required not only to face all tests and trials in this world but to have life and have it more abundantly.  But you must believe!

Praise be to GOD in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ,

    Related Verses:

Then Jesus said to them again, Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them.  I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.  The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. (Jn.1:7-10)

I know your works (from a primary ergo; toil; by implication, an act.). See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name. (Rev.3:8)

Because of his strength will I wait upon thee: for God is my defence. (Ps. 59:9)

    Keep the Faith,  +

Awesome Suzanne… and on this the 8th day you have shared this; the day of new beginnings.

    Luke 18:7-8

And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?

    Yes Lord. Yes.

Yes, faith, Clu!  In Him and His finished works.  Of our own human accord, we are weak:  I have to decrease all expectations so the Lord can increase His expectations.  I have to step back so the Lord can step up and do His magnificent work. This is the knowledge and understanding of the serenity that accompanies His awesome strength, and the wisdom of those who cry out to Him.

Thank you for sharing the insight of 8th day. The day of renewal and new beginnings !

    Much blessings,

    Suzanne
